I'm so excited to share the sneak peeks from this lovely Bat Mitzvah family pre-shoot. We met at the beach on a weeknight for better weather (after 2 reschedules due to rain and then wind), and less crowds. And it was worth the wait!

We were hanging out with the recycled art and golden hour light on the Broadwalk, and were invited to meet the sea turtles! One waved at and interacted with us. Such a friendly little guy! We finished up our session on the beach where Kylie got to tumble for the camera. How fab is the back of that leotard?!

This service and reception beautifully, and enthusiastically celebrated this lovely young lady who is really into tennis! I loved the big tennis photos, playful tennis logo, and artful touches throughout.

After rocking his morning service, Eli gathered with family and lots of friends to celebrate his Bar Mitzvah on a beautiful Miami night in a beautiful Miami backyard. There were tacos, dancing, and awesome lighting, making this celebration, and these photos, unforgettable!

Yay! Another Miami mitzvah this season! This mom and I grew up at the same synagogue, and I’m just having the best time getting to photograph the teens I grew up with having teenagers of their own!! After our synagogue portraits at Bet Shira, we celebrated at The 305 Club, and enjoyed their amazing lighting projections, and dancing with Pure Energy Entertainment!

It was such a pleasure to get to work with this family again! With two pre-shoots and two mitzvahs, lots of fun, memorable, magic moments were captured! It was an interesting time. Sammy’s Bar Mitzvah was the last one before everything shut down for the covid pandemic in March of 2020. And it was lovely to witness Rachel’s Bat Mitzvah as things are finally returning to normal. Rachel celebrated with a beautifully decorated Friends theme, and I hope I’ll get to see this family again, with or without my camera!!
